Deidre s the founder and head of DMe Talent Agency, a SAG-AFTRA franchised talent agency based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With a lifelong background in dance, modeling, performance, and talent development, she brings decades of industry experience to representing and mentoring performers across multiple disciplines.

 

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Deidre began dancing and modeling at just four years old. At age 13, she landed her first major print campaign with The New York Times Magazine while training with the John Robert Powers Modeling Agency, where she earned certifications in runway and commercial modeling. By 16, she had booked her first international dance contract, performing in a New Year’s Eve production in Paris, France. A year later, she began teaching dance and coaching high school drill teams throughout New Mexico, developing a passion for training and inspiring young performers.

 

After more than two decades of dancing and modeling in New Mexico, Deidre relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a professional dance career. There, she continued her training and teaching at the world-renowned Millennium Dance Complex while performing alongside major recording artists, including Beyoncé. In 2010, she was selected to teach dance in Malawi, Africa through Madonna’s Raising Malawi program at the Home of Hope orphanage. That experience deepened her commitment to mentorship, education, and creating opportunities for others.

 

Today, Deidre has returned to her roots in New Mexico, where she leverages her extensive industry knowledge to guide the next generation of talent. Under her leadership, DMe Talent Agency has built a strong reputation among casting directors and entertainment professionals, representing a diverse roster of actors, models, dancers, stunt performers, voice-over artists, and specialty talent. Her hands-on experience as a performer, educator, and agent allows her to provide clients with the insight, advocacy, and professional guidance needed to succeed in a competitive industry.
